Version of 6 August 2026. These are the standard published terms of the Letisim affiliate programme for content creators, publishers, coupon platforms and affiliate networks. They are addressed to people and companies promoting Letisim commercially, not to retail buyers: purchases of eSIM plans are governed by the Terms of Service.
The programme is operated by HOMIFY CO. L.L.C, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (section 12). Individual commercial terms are confirmed in writing when an application is approved; where they differ from this page, the approved terms prevail for that publisher.
1. What Letisim is
Letisim is a travel eSIM storefront: a traveller buys a prepaid mobile-data plan for the country they are flying to, and installs it on an eSIM-capable phone in one tap, before departure. We are not a mobile network operator — connectivity is delivered by operators in the destination country through our wholesale suppliers.
Catalogue covering 196 countries and regions available for sale, sourced from two wholesale suppliers. Russia and Ukraine are excluded as destinations — see section 8.
Instant delivery after payment: installation link (universal link on iOS and Android) with QR code as a fallback.
Web storefront in 15 languages plus native iOS and Android apps. Attribution is web-based today: your link and code are tracked in the web storefront, not inside the apps.
Data plans only — no voice, no SMS and no phone number, unless a specific plan description says otherwise.
2. Who the programme is for
Travel creators and publishers — blogs, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, newsletters, comparison and review sites, travel communities.
Coupon, cashback and deal platforms — subject to the approval process in section 9 and the restrictions in section 8.
Affiliate networks and agencies that place the offer with their own publisher pool — see section 10.
Companies that want to resell eSIM plans under their own brand and price, from a prepaid balance and through an API, are served by a different programme — Letisim Connect at partner.letisim.com. This page does not cover resale.
3. Standard rate card
Commission
20 % of the amount the customer actually paid for the order, after any discount applied at checkout
Attribution window
90 days from the last qualified click on the publisher's tracked link
Audience discount
20 % off for your audience when the customer enters your promo code at checkout, in every market including the international card checkout. Your commission base is what the customer actually paid
Promo code
Every approved publisher gets a personal promo code. A valid code takes priority over click attribution and has no expiry window
Hold period
30 days from delivery of the eSIM. A commission becomes payable after the hold expires
Minimum payout
USD 15. Our ledger is denominated at the fixed product rate of USD 1 = 100 RUB; the currency you are actually paid in is confirmed in writing at approval
Payout frequency
On request from the publisher portal, once the payable balance reaches the minimum
Cookie / tracking
First-party tracking on our side: personal link with a subid for placement-level reporting (lowercase letters, digits, dash and underscore, up to 64 characters; anything else is stripped rather than rejected), plus the promo code
Application review
Normally within 3 business days of a verified email address
Programme fee
None. Joining is free and there is no minimum traffic commitment
These are the standard terms we publish so that a network can show them to its publisher pool without a login. Rates for a specific publisher, network or campaign are set when the application is approved and may be higher or lower than the standard rate.
4. How attribution works
A valid promo code entered at checkout takes priority over click attribution.
Without a promo code, the last qualified click within the 90-day window wins.
If a promo code and a click belong to the same campaign, the order stores both proofs, and the attribution source is recorded as the promo code.
When the order is created we record the list price, any discount, the price actually paid, the commission rate, the hold period, the publisher and the campaign. Changing terms later never rewrites an existing order — commissions are calculated from the terms captured at order time.
The commission base is the price actually paid after any discount.
One paid order produces at most one commission.
Historical orders are never attributed retroactively.
Audience discounts. A discount attached to your promo code applies in every market, including the international card checkout: the customer pays less. The discount travels with the code, and you do not have to ask your audience to type it — while your campaign has an active code, your tracked link carries it automatically, and the checkout applies it on arrival. A visitor attributed to you by click alone, with no code applied, pays the list price. Your commission base is always what the customer actually paid, so a discount reduces the commission proportionally.
5. Hold, reversals and refunds
Delivery of the eSIM starts the hold: the commission becomes eligible 30 days after delivery.
A refund keeps the order history and moves the related commission to reversed. Reversed commissions are not paid.
If an order is refunded after its commission was paid out, new payout requests are suspended until the balance is reconciled manually with you. We do not silently net a paid reversal against a future payout.
Refund grounds are the same as for any Letisim customer and are published in the Refund Policy. Refunds are decided on those grounds only, not on the commission attached to an order.
Fraudulent, self-generated or policy-breaching orders (section 8) are reversed by us regardless of the hold status, and payouts on the affected account are suspended until the balance is reconciled with you in writing.
6. Payouts
Commissions accrue per order in the publisher portal, with the funnel, per-order economics, hold state, reversals and payout history visible to you.
Payouts are requested by the publisher from the portal once the payable balance reaches the minimum.
The payout method and currency are confirmed in writing before approval, per publisher and per country. We confirm what we can actually pay to your jurisdiction rather than listing rails we have not tested.
Payout details you enter are stored encrypted. We do not ask for payout details in email or chat.
Taxes, social contributions and any reporting on the commission you receive are your responsibility. Where a withholding obligation applies to us, we withhold and tell you the amount.
7. What you get on our side
A personal tracked link with a subid (lowercase letters, digits, dash and underscore, up to 64 characters), plus a QR-code builder, so each placement is measurable separately.
A personal promo code.
A publisher portal: funnel by period (7 / 30 / 90 / 365 days), daily dynamics, breakdown by placement, country and source, a filterable order ledger with CSV export, commission formula, balance states, payout history and documents.
Server-to-server postbacks on paid orders, HMAC-signed, with retry delivery — so your own stack can receive conversions.
Storefront in 15 languages, native iOS and Android apps, and customer support, checkout and installation handled entirely by us. Commissions are earned on web-storefront orders; in-app purchases are not attributed today.
8. Catalogue and traffic restrictions
These constraints exist today. Sending traffic against them wastes your placement, so we publish them instead of leaving them to be discovered at checkout.
Russia and Ukraine as destinations are excluded from public sale, including by direct product link. Do not promote plans for those destinations.
The Russian-language storefront runs on a rouble payment rail that is currently closed to public payments. Russian-language traffic cannot complete a purchase today. Promote in the other 14 languages until we publish otherwise.
An eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked device is required. Creatives must not imply that any phone works — point the audience at the device check.
Some countries restrict foreign travel-eSIM storefronts inside their borders. Our product is bought before departure, and creatives should be framed that way rather than as an on-arrival purchase.
Plans are data-only unless a plan description says otherwise. Do not advertise calls, SMS or a phone number.
9. Prohibited promotion methods
The following are prohibited. A breach reverses the affected commissions, and repeated or deliberate breaches terminate participation.
Brand bidding — paid search, shopping or app-store ads on «Letisim», «ЛетиСим», misspellings of it, or the brand combined with words such as «promo code», «coupon», «discount», in any language, without our prior written permission.
Domain and app abuse — typosquatting, domains or app listings containing the brand, and any page or profile that presents itself as Letisim, as an official Letisim account, or as a mobile network operator.
Coupon hijacking — publishing codes that were not issued to you, publishing codes on coupon and deal aggregators without approval, harvesting codes from other publishers, or inserting a code into a session the audience did not come to you for.
Incentivised traffic — cashback, points, sweepstakes, in-game rewards or paid-to-click, unless the incentive model was approved in writing.
Self-purchase and collusion — orders for yourself, related persons or under your own control, and any arrangement whose purpose is to generate commission rather than a genuine sale.
Forced or hidden tracking — adware, toolbars, browser extensions, cookie stuffing, iframes, pop-unders, auto-redirects, or click injection in mobile attribution.
Unsolicited messaging — email, SMS or messenger campaigns to purchased or scraped lists, and any messaging that breaches the recipient's local rules on consent, sender identification or opt-out.
Misleading claims — invented prices, speeds, coverage, guarantees of connection quality, fabricated reviews or test results, claims that we are an operator, or income claims about this programme.
Unauthorised use of brand assets — modified logos, or trade-mark registration containing the brand.
Prohibited placements — adult, gambling, hate, illegal-content or sanctions-breaching environments, and content aimed at children.
Traffic sources you plan to use are declared in the application. Adding a materially different source later — in particular paid search, cashback or a coupon platform — requires a new approval.
10. Approval process
Apply at partner.letisim.com/blogers and confirm your email address. Sign-in is passwordless: your email plus a one-time code.
We review the application — the audience, the placements you declared and the traffic sources. We may decline without giving reasons; where a comment is useful, the team leaves it in your portal.
On approval we set your commission rate, attribution window, hold and minimum payout, agree the payout method, and issue your link and promo code.
Email confirmation, on its own, is neither approval nor an obligation on us to approve.
Either side may stop participating at any time. Commissions already accrued and not reversed remain payable subject to the hold and reconciliation rules above.
Where a licence or registration is required for you to publish paid promotions in your country — for example creator licensing in Saudi Arabia or an influencer permit in the UAE — holding it is your responsibility, and we may ask for evidence as a condition of approval.
11. Affiliate networks and agencies
We work with networks that place the offer with their own publisher pool. What we are ready to discuss:
The rate card above as the starting point, with your override and payment terms agreed per network and confirmed in writing.
One invoice to you instead of hundreds of individual publisher payouts — we settle with the network, the network settles with its publishers.
Coupon-based attribution, which is how this category actually converts in the Gulf and in coupon-driven markets: a dedicated code per publisher, registered on our side.
Technical integration on your terms: we already run HMAC-signed outgoing postbacks and subid-level reporting. A conversion feed into your platform, plus an external coupon registry, deduplication and daily reconciliation against our order ledger, is delivered per network to your specification — we will give you a dated timeline rather than claim it is already built for your platform.
Reconciliation discipline: our order ledger is immutable per order, so any discrepancy between your reporting and ours is resolvable line by line.
What we will not agree to without an explicit written carve-out: your data being the sole source of truth for billing without a reconciliation procedure, exclusivity, and clauses that treat publishers we recruited ourselves, outside your platform, as network-sourced.
The retail seller of record for a customer purchase is stated in the Terms of Service and depends on the storefront version; this page governs the commercial relationship between HOMIFY and the publisher or network.
We may update these standard terms for future orders. An order is governed by the terms recorded when it was created (section 4.4). A change to an approved publisher's commission rate applies only to orders created after the change: an order is always settled on the terms captured when it was created, and we notify the email address in the portal when we change a rate.
Governing law is the law of the United Arab Emirates; disputes not resolved through partners@letisim.com are heard by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE.
