Terms of Service (Public Offer)

Version dated 29 July 2026. This document is an offer to enter into a contract on the terms below.

1. Seller and scope

The seller is PLAY2GO - FZCO, a free zone company registered in Dubai, UAE (IFZA), licence No. 87075 ("LetiSim", the "Seller", "we"). Full details are on the Company details page.

These Terms govern purchases of digital eSIM mobile-data plans through letisim.com and the LetiSim mobile apps by an individual for personal use (the "Buyer", "you"). The selected plan details shown at checkout form part of the contract.

2. Service

LetiSim arranges issuance of an eSIM and access to a prepaid data plan in the stated country or region. We are not a mobile network operator: connectivity is provided by destination networks and our suppliers. Voice, SMS and a phone number are not included unless checkout expressly says otherwise.

Before payment we show the material characteristics of an available plan: coverage territory, data allowance or unlimited-data condition, validity, when validity starts, price and currency. If the specific order details differ from these general Terms, the clearly disclosed order details apply, but they cannot reduce mandatory consumer rights.

3. Contract formation

By pressing the payment button or confirming a wallet charge, you accept these Terms, the Refund Policy and the Payment & Delivery terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed by the Seller or payment provider. We send an order confirmation to the email provided and/or display it in the app.

The Buyer must have legal capacity to contract. Where applicable, a minor's purchase must be authorised by a legal guardian.

4. Price and payment

5. Issuance, delivery and activation

An eSIM is supplied digitally. After payment confirmation and successful issuance, installation details become available in the app and/or are sent to the email provided. The order displays issuance status. If issuance is delayed or fails, section 8 and the Refund Policy apply.

When validity starts depends on the selected plan and is shown before payment: it may be on purchase, eSIM installation or first connection to a supported network. The QR code, link and activation code are unique; do not publish or share them.

6. Buyer obligations

7. Coverage and quality

Actual speed, 5G availability and coverage depend on the local network, location, congestion, device and radio conditions. We are responsible for the service matching its order description, but do not promise uninterrupted coverage at every point in a country. Before making a quality claim, follow the in-app troubleshooting steps or contact support.

8. Refunds, replacement and defect remedies

You may request remediation, replacement or a refund if the eSIM was not issued, the service is defective, incomplete, materially contrary to its description, or delivered so late that it cannot be used. Installing or using a plan does not by itself remove your rights in relation to a confirmed defect.

Where the service was properly supplied and data usage started, a no-fault cancellation may be unavailable to the extent permitted by law. The request process and exclusions are in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these documents limits mandatory consumer rights.

9. Support and complaints

Report an issue through in-app Support or at support@letisim.com. Include the order number, country, device model and a description of the issue; do not send the full QR or activation code through an open channel. We review the claim and communicate the outcome using the order contact details. You also retain the right to contact the competent consumer-protection authority.

10. Personal data

We process data to place the order, issue the eSIM, provide support and meet legal obligations as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment providers, eSIM suppliers, mobile networks and service contractors may receive necessary data within their role in fulfilling the order.

11. Liability

Each party is responsible for breaching its obligations under applicable law. The Seller is not responsible for a problem caused exclusively by an incompatible or locked device, the Buyer's actions contrary to instructions, local-network unavailability outside our control or force majeure where the service otherwise matched its description. This does not release the Seller from liability for a defective service or limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms for future orders. A purchase is governed by the version published when it was placed, unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed by the parties.

13. Law and disputes

The contract is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes not resolved through support are handled by the competent authorities and courts of Dubai, UAE, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights under other applicable law.
