Since 10 July 2025 the Turkish regulator BTK has restricted access to the websites and apps of foreign eSIM services from inside the country. The restriction affects buying and topping up on the spot — a profile that is already installed keeps working. So buy and install your eSIM before departure.
If you are already in Turkey and the store does not open: your eSIM is delivered by email, and installing the profile does not depend on our website being reachable. Write to support@letisim.com — we will help with the order and re-send the profile to your inbox.
