Data we collect
Email — to deliver your eSIM, receipts and passwordless sign-in.
Order data — purchased plans, eSIM status, remaining data.
Technical data — device identifier for sessions, interface language.
Support requests — message text and images you select, only when you choose to send them to support.
What we don't do
We do not sell your data.
We do not enable analytics or advertising trackers without your consent: until you make a choice, no third-party script loads on this site.
We do not store payment credentials — payments are processed by payment providers.
Analytics and advertising
If you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, we load third-party tags so we can see which pages are useful and show our ads to people likely to be interested. This is the only case in which browsing data leaves us.
Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) — traffic statistics and remarketing audiences.
Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) — audiences for Facebook and Instagram ads.
Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) — statistics and audiences for Yandex Direct.
What is shared is technical browsing data: page, referrer, device, approximate region. We do not pass your email, order number, ICCID or any other directly identifying data to these services. Session recording (Webvisor) is disabled.
You can withdraw consent at any time, with no effect on your purchase: change your cookie choice. Declining returns the site to the state where no third-party tag loads.
Retention and deletion
Delete your account in the app (Profile → Delete account) or email support@letisim.com — data is removed within 30 days.
